Corporation Chairman Oley Carpp and Mayor Bass happily presented a Corporation Façade Grant to Artie Praino and Tyrone Taylor to assist with outdoor signage at their new restuarant, Zaza's on Main. The restaurant will be located at 7 Main Street and is gearing up for a soft launch in the coming weeks.

The concept for Zaza's was born from the collaboration between longtime New Milford resident Tyrone Taylor and Artie Praino, the previous owner of Zaragoza, once located on Bank Street. Together, they envisioned a space that would bring historic charm and modern energy to the Green with global cuisine, bold cocktails, live music, and a lively brunch scene.

“Zaza’s is about more than food — it’s about creating an atmosphere where people feel energized, welcomed, and inspired,” said Tyrone Taylor. “We want every guest to experience curiosity, excitement, and good vibes the moment they walk through our doors.”

Thank you Artie and Tyler for choosing to invest in the New Milford community!
