Bank Street Restaurant Receives Façade Grant

The Corporation for New Milford Economic Development was pleased to present John Bourdeau with a Façade Improvement Grant to help upgrade the signage at his award-winning restaurant, Sparrow Bar + Restaurant.

The new sign provides a much more prominent callout for customers walking up and down Bank Street.

The Corporation for New Milford Economic Development offers direct grants and loans of up to $2,500 to New Milford businesses and commercial property owners for eligible façade improvements. Projects may include the installation of new doors, windows, signage, painting, wall repairs, awnings, and other exterior enhancements. A 50% co-investment from the applicant is required.
